The products used in the preparation of our dishes are authentic, regional and fresh. Fish from our coast, herbs and vegetables from our gardens and the special seasoning: passion.
The kitchen works by inspiration. There is no fixed menu. But we always surprise. We have the Season’s menu, which is always based on seasonal products from the harvests of our gardens and local producers.
