Hands-On and Probiotics Workshop

Come and get your “hands dirty” in good company, feel the warmth of our oven, and savor the aroma of freshly baked bread. You will also have the opportunity to discover the “Scoby” and the art of making natural probiotics (Kombucha and kefir).

In this workshop, participants will learn the process of producing our famous homemade naturally fermented bread. The flours used are artisanal, coming from one of the few remaining active mills in Calheta. The flour is organic, and the sourdough starter is centuries old, giving our bread a unique result.

This magical moment will culminate with a tasting of bread with melted butter and homemade jams, accompanied by fermented beverages.
